Welcome to That Dope Shot Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the thatdopeshot.com website, its subdomains, and any photography or media services provided by Spider8 Media LLC dba That Dope Shot Photography ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or book a session.

2. Booking & Deposits

All photography sessions require a non-refundable retainer fee (deposit) strictly to secure your date and time on our calendar. The specific deposit requirements, session terms, balance due dates, and cancellation policies will be outlined in your individual client contract signed via HoneyBook prior to the shoot.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed to in a signed, written statement or commercial release agreement, Spider8 Media LLC retains all copyrights and ownership rights to the photographs and media created during your session. You are granted a personal or commercial license (as dictated by your selected package) to use the delivered images, but you may not claim them as your own creation or sell them to third parties without prior authorization.

4. Revisions & Retouching

Our editing aesthetic is clearly demonstrated on this website and in our portfolio. While we strive to meet your expectations, we do not issue refunds for creative differences. Standard retouching is included in select packages as governed by your contract. Advanced composite edits, drastic body modifications, or extra rounds of revisions may incur additional fees.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Spider8 Media LLC does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or our photography services.

6. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
